A long term goal of the Eastern Panhandle Neighborhood Initiative is to build and establish a collaborative community center that provides services, activities, and opportunities based on the requests and needs of neighbors in the Eastern Panhandle region. For at least 30 years, many local organizations have provided their own contributions to the community, individually. Our hope is that our EPNI Center can be just that, a safe space where all are welcome to participate in programs facilitated by our staff, volunteers, and any other organization with resources to provide.
